• We reserve the right to take immediate enforcement action, including:

  • Reporting unauthorized sale on Ecommerce listings to the platform compliance including  eBay’s VeRO program and other platform enforcement systems.

  • Initiating legal action to protect our brand and customers.

  • Publicly identifying unauthorized sources as non-compliant and unverified.
